Transformation Drawing

My transformation drawings were largely based on the human figure in a very abstract way.  Each portrait depicts a different type of human figure or part of the human.  For my transformations, I wanted to depict how I was feeling in the moment that I created the piece. Whether my feelings were stress, sexual, or sadness, I was able to channel my emotions into a somewhat cohesive series of images.  In my final image I wanted to channel my sense of accomplishment, therefore I challenged myself to create my own pigment of paint through the ashes of my former pieces.
